// Terms of Service

One license. One person. Clear terms.

The Ignition AI Toolkit is licensed to one individual per purchase. Additional users are welcome and require additional purchased licenses and separate accounts.

License scope

One purchased license per individual user

Effective date

July 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Ignition AI Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are purchasing for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to make the purchase for the licensed user.

2. One-person license

Each purchase grants one individual a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the toolkit through one customer account. The licensed user may use the toolkit for personal work or work performed for their employer or clients.

Account credentials, skill files, runner files, documentation, and downloads may not be shared with another person. Each additional user needs a separate purchased license and their own account. Additional licenses can be purchased separately or arranged through the contact form.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

You may use the toolkit in your own engineering workflows and projects. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, or provide the toolkit itself as a shared internal library, hosted service, or competing product without written permission. These restrictions apply to the toolkit materials, not to the original project work you create while using them.

4. Accounts and access security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. To protect customer accounts and help enforce license limits, we may record access timestamps and a one-way, server-side fingerprint of the network address used to reach the customer portal. The raw address is not stored in this account-access log.

5. Payments, memberships, and updates

Prices, included access, renewal timing, and any recurring membership charges are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring memberships can be managed through the customer billing portal. Product features, files, and update schedules may change as the toolkit evolves.

6. Engineering responsibility

The toolkit assists engineering work but does not replace professional review. You are responsible for testing and validating generated or modified code, configuration, queries, and project resources before using them in production or safety-related systems.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for credential sharing, redistribution, attempted circumvention of license limits, fraudulent activity, or another material breach of these terms. Contact support if legitimate travel, VPN use, or network changes create an access question.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The effective date below identifies the version currently in effect. Questions about licensing, additional users, or these terms can be sent through the contact form.
