Only if they use the toolkit. You can purchase and manage all licenses for other people without consuming one. Assign a license to yourself after checkout or later in the customer portal.
What does each user receive?
Each assigned user gets the full Ignition AI Toolkit, including released Ignition 8.1 and 8.3 skill packages, Gateway APIs, setup resources, and future tested releases. Each person signs in to their own account. Individual resources retain their stated version requirements.
Do I need everyone's email address at checkout?
No. Choose your quantity and pay once. After verifying your email, invite people from the customer portal. Each recipient creates or signs in to an account, verifies their email, and accepts their invitation.
Can I change who uses a license?
Yes. When someone leaves, open Team licenses in the portal and select Remove next to their name. Their team access ends right away and the license is free to give to someone new. There is no waiting period and no support request. The previous person must stop using and delete the toolkit files covered by that license.
How does team pricing work?
Licenses are $99 USD per person for 1 to 4 people, $95 each for 5 to 9, $92 each for 10 to 14, and $89 each for 15 to 19. For 20 or more people, the unlimited company license is $1,799. Every option is a one-time payment with lifetime access and no automatic renewal.
What does the unlimited license cover?
Everyone in your company who needs the toolkit: employees and contractors working for your organization, each with their own account. Add and remove people whenever you like. It isn't for sharing outside your company, such as with customers or partner companies. The Terms of Service has the details.
